Dr. Marc DiNola and the entire Dental Wellness Center staff take a mind, body, and spirit approach to biological dentistry.


MARC DINOLA, DDS is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore
College of Dental Surgery. He is licensed by the Dental Board of Maryland and is a member of the American Dental Association, International Association of Mercury Free Dentists, International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology, and the Holistic Dental Association.
His post graduate training involved two of the finest institutions for lifelong dental learning at The Pankey Institute and The Dawson Center. There he studied and completed advanced study for the diagnosis and treatment of masticatory system problems. Chronic TMJ or TMD related problems are diagnosed and treated everyday (almost) by the Dental Wellness Center.
In recent years, Dr. DiNola has studied and trained with Dr. Karl Ulrich Volz and others in the area of biological dentistry. Dr. Volz has pioneered the concept of biological treatments and protocols, which emphasizes whole body health, and is a trailblazer steering dentistry in a new direction for the future of biological medicine.
Dr. DiNola is dedicated to lifelong learning within the dental profession, but also enjoys other health related areas. He stays informed by reading current scientific literature that may have implications for dentistry and general wellness, especially with respect to nutrition, environmental hazards, medical developments and lifestyle improvements.

MANDY LINABURG first joined the DWC team in November 2004 as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). In 2011, Mandy assumed the role of Office Manager and New Patient Coordinator. While managing the day to day operations she continues to practice chairside with Dr. DiNola as a Certified Dental Assistant and Phlebotomist. Mandy is a 2002 graduate of Fort Hill High School, Cumberland; a 2004 graduate of Hagerstown Community College as Certified Dental Assistant and received additional training in Phlebotomy from Allegany College of MD in 2017.
Mandy is passionate about dental health and providing exceptional care to new and established patients. She is attentive to detail when collecting a patient’s dental and physical health history, coordinating appointments, and accommodating patients traveling from out of town.
Additional office and clinical trainings include SMART protocol to safely removal amalgam fillings, OZONE chemistry, course trained in CEREC 3D crown milling, PERIO PROTECT and HEALTHY START.
Mandy is happily married to Ricky and they share two vibrant children; Briley and Hayden. When not at work, she can be found spending time with her family, at the field leading cheer practice, and sitting sideline to many sporting events cheering on her children and fellow teammates. Mandy values giving back to the community and is a board member for a local non-profit.

KATIE MALLOW is a 2009 graduate of Fort Hill High School, a Dean’s List student of Allegany College of MD and a 2012 graduate of Hagerstown Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant. Katie joined the staff of the DWC in January 2011 and currently works as the Lead Dental Assistant and Supply Coordinator.
Katie is fully trained in the removal of amalgam fillings through SMART protocol, OZONE chemistry, CEREC 3D crown milling and firing, as well as, PRGF (plasma rich in growth factors) processing. She is further trained in orthodontic assisting and the HEALTHY START program.
She is exceptional in the clinical setting assisting Dr. DiNola. She enjoys caring for her patients and ensures her patients are comfortable in all procedures.
Katie married her high school sweetheart, Levi, in 2013. Their hearts are full and sleep is limited for these two. They share two children Weston, 3 and Emily, 1. When not at the office or taking care of her family, Katie enjoys crafting, country music and weekends at the river.

Meet LAURA McKINLEY, RDH. Laura has been licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2001. She has been providing services in Maryland for the last 20 years for the private practice of Dr. Marc DiNola/ Dental Wellness Center. Laura began her dental hygiene career at Allegany College of Maryland in the summer of 1998 and obtained her associates degree in the summer of 2001 and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has developed a strong and lasting relationship with so many of her patients. Her professionalism and passion for patient care exemplify what the Dental Wellness Center is all about. At Dr. Marc DiNola’s office, she is currently the lead Dental Hygienist, Infection Control Manager, and HIPAA Coordinator. Laura is a team player, a hard worker, and always puts the patient’s health first. Laura is currently married with 2 children, and 2 Labrador Retrievers. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events and music concerts and is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan.

AMY SHRIVER is the newest addition to the DWC. She joined the team in May 2019 as the Administrative Assistant. Amy is a 2000 alumni of Flintstone High School and a 2002 graduate of Allegany College of MD’s Administrative Assistant Program.
New to the dental field, she has been a quick learner and eager to learn the field. She enjoys greeting patients and assisting them in scheduling appointments. Amy has become a great asset to the team and is always willing to help patients and staff.
Amy is married to Denton and they share two very active and kind children, Savannah and Levi. The children keep Amy busy running to both cheerleading and soccer events. When not at the office, Amy enjoys mystery novels, playing board games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
